What we do
AWTS servicing
Scheduled servicing on aerated systems to keep them running and to keep you compliant with your council approval. Aerated systems have to be serviced regularly, and that requirement sits in the approval conditions for your property.
Septic system repairs
Pumps, blowers, alarms, floats, irrigation lines, disinfection, lids and risers. Most callouts turn out to be one component rather than the whole system, and we will tell you which it is before you spend anything.
System inspections
Inspections for peace of mind, before a property purchase, or when something is not right and you want to know why before committing money to it.
Blockages and overflows
If the system is backing up or overflowing, that is an emergency. Call us.
Wet patches, smells and failing disposal areas
A soggy patch above the disposal area usually means the trench or irrigation field is struggling. We work out whether it is a blockage, a pump, a sizing problem or a system reaching the end of its life, and we say which.
Alarm callouts
Aerated systems alarm when something has gone wrong. We can usually tell you over the phone whether it is urgent, then come and fix it.
Irrigation and disposal area repairs
Blocked or damaged irrigation lines, failed distribution, and disposal areas that are no longer coping.
Service agreements
Ongoing scheduled servicing so the compliance side takes care of itself rather than turning into a letter from council.
Replacements and upgrades
Where a system is at the end of its life, we can install the replacement. Our machinery is our own, so the excavation is not a separate booking.
