We just moved into our new home and walked in to find 2 leaks coming from the downstairs bathroom ceiling. We called The Plumbing Paramedics and they sent Kyle over. He was friendly and a good communicator. He was thorough when seeking to find the leak. He was able to locate the issue in a damaged upstairs toilet by performing a leak detection test. He removed the damaged toilet and installed a new one for us. If you want an efficient plumbing service and clear communication from office staff, call The Plumbing Paramedics.

We recently experienced a plumbing emergency with water leaking from our ceiling and called Plumbing Paramedics for help. Kyle and Josh arrived promptly and quickly identified the source as a burst pipe. They were professional and knowledgeable throughout, taking the time to clearly explain the issue before proceeding, and completed the repair along with installing a new pressure valve in under 90 minutes. As a family with young children, we greatly appreciated their efficiency and the peace of mind their work provided. We highly recommend them and will use them again!
